Waterloo Appliance Repair takes appliance repair requests from Waterloo and nearby — Kitchener, St. Jacobs, Elmira included. Here is exactly what we keep and why.

What we collect

Whatever you choose to send us. For a appliance repair request that is usually your name, phone, email and the address, the appliance type, brand and model if you have it, what it is doing, and whether it is gas or electric. Calls to this site's number are logged with the calling number and time, and voicemails are recorded and transcribed.

Where it goes

Your details go to a single independent appliance technician serving Waterloo — the one who will quote on your washer & dryer repair, refrigerator & freezer repair, dishwasher repair or similar job — and to no one else. That appliance technician works under their own insurance and any licence the trade requires.

Cookies

Nothing is tracking you here. There is no analytics script, no Facebook or Google pixel, and no cookie banner because there are no cookies. The host's server logs are the only record of a visit.

How long we keep it

Only while it is useful for your job and a short time after. Call recordings are deleted automatically after about three months.

Access, correction and deletion

Email hello@waterlooappliancerepair.ca and we will tell you what we have, fix it, or delete it, as Canada's PIPEDA allows. We only text or email you about your own request (CASL); reply STOP at any time.
